Jeninne Salais

District Property Manager

Jeninne has been part of the Thomas Management team since 2015, where she developed her self-storage interest as a resident manager of one of the top producing properties. Applying that experience, she works closely with property owners and on-site property managers and staff to improve the quality of daily operations across all portfolios as our District Property Manager.  With over 25 years of customer service, she knows what it takes to work with facilities managers to project a genuine public service attitude by retaining quality tenants and maintaining/increasing monthly revenue.

Before joining Thomas Management, Jeninne worked for CBRE as an assistant property manager servicing a complex, multi-client portfolio of Industrial, Office and Medical Building products.  She is well versed in all aspects of customer and client relationship management, financial reporting, budget preparation, vendor management, lease administration, tenant improvement and capital expenditures project management.

Jeninne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, holds a real estate license in California and Texas and is Commissioned by the State of California as a Notary Public.
